Refund policy

We want to make sure you get the correct item. If you are unhappy with the Item we will refund or exchange as long as it is returned in its original condition within a 10 day period minus the shipping charge.
Please ask for proof of purchase from the post office for returned items as we cannot be responsible for anything getting lost. Please email info@ginaskinner.com. You may cancel your contract in writing within 10days of placing your order.
